I am pleased to be in a position to pen this mail to you in recognition of the outstanding service received from your sales and finance team the past week. My wife Sharon and I have now had the good fortune to have purchased two vehicles from your dealership and in both cases the experience has been exceptional. Due to the excellent service from Lesego and Patricia on our first purchase 18 months ago, it was a logical decision for us to purchase a second vehicle from the dealership. At this point, I would like to thank Jaco for his friendly and helpful demeanour when helping us on our arrival in the week. He was the first to assist us but we had dealt with Lesego before and he had no hesitation calling her and doing the referral despite already helping us with a cost estimate. That is commendable and shows the spirit that Byron has in his team. We had a problem with our insurance broker but Patricia arranged cover for us in no time and we were able to take delivery on Saturday instead of Monday. She also fought tooth and nail to get me the best deal which we are very grateful for. Thanks, must also go to Byron for the assistance in terms of the discount and the pleasant way and manner in which we were treated. In short, what started out as a frustrating irritating morning on Saturday was transformed into a pleasant and fulfilling weekend thanks to your team.
